Scuba Diving Thailand

Following recent political unrest Thailand is eager to restore its reputation as a great holiday destination, so there are bargains to be found at hotels and resorts all over this beautiful country. It also boasts some of the best diving in Asia.

The leading sites are found off the South West coast, including the Similans National Marine Park. The season here runs from May to September, but good diving can be found year-round in the Gulf of Thailand, where the islands of Koh Samui and Koh Tao are famous for ideal conditions in which to learn to dive – and for some serious partying afterwards!
