Bali "The Island of the Gods", is certainly a diving place to get your gear on and go for a Dive Bali. The diversity of marine life and dive sites is exceptional. One day can be filled with the magnificent Oceanic Sunfish, or Mola Mola, around the waters of Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida, whilst the next you can be searching for pigmy seahorses near Tepekong / Mimpang The diversity of soft and hard corals in Bali, and Indonesia, is unmatched anywhere else in the world. The dive site is located in front of the docking area of the Gilimanuk Harbor . I bet you won 't believe this place has so many things to see, until you put on your mask and start exploring the 2 to 6m depth of water. Visibility is varying from 3 to 15m. If you are looking for big fishes, you will not find them here. This place is strictly for "unusual" and rare underwater creatures, which are small and well camouflage d between the sea grass, the sand and some debris.. yes, slowly work on the garbage and most probably there is something underneath. Snake Eals , Sea Snakes, Cockatoo Fish, Juvenile of Rabbit Fishes, Flounders, varieties of Gobies, Frog Fishes, Dragonets, Nudibranch, Sea Hares and many more. If you are an Underwater Photographer of Video shooter , you may spend 2 hours bottom time, 3 to 4 dives a day and still find something new. 
You can either start from the Jetty and swim to the east or from a traditional boat that drop you right in the channel between the main island and Menjangan. This dive sites is big, covering more than 60.000 m2 underwater lives, partial drop off, slope and flat area. Generally visibility is around 20m or better. You can expect to be companied by some friendly Bat Fish through out your dive. Sometimes there's some current in the channel, and that's the time when you have a chance to see some big pelagic, such as Tuna, Sharks ...
Located north of Matahari Beach Resort and a boat ride of about 15 minutes. The submerge reef starts at a depth of 15m and down up to 50m. The reef itself is not very big, it's around 2000 m2. It is full of soft coral, almost 90% coverage at some places. With some good observation skill, you may find Ghost Pipefish, Leaf Fish and several types of beautiful Nudibranch. To dive at this place, divers require to have good buoyancy control to be able to make a safety stop from a drift line / float. If you are in doubt with your buoyancy skill, our Instructor will be happy to give you some tips. EANx may be useful ...
Puri Jati (PJ) is a dive site with dark volcanic sand and some seaweed and soft coral similar to Bali Seraya, Gilimanuk or Lembeh Straits Manado. It is a good place to see small rand rare animals like frogfishes (for example A. striatus), dragonets, seahorses, nudibranchs, ambon scorpionfishes and devil fishes, flying gunard, the mimic octopus and other rare species of octopus. It lies close to the Zen Hotel and a short distance west of Seririt and 13 km west of Lovina , well worth a dive or 2 ...
Kubu - is a small village just a 10 Minute drive north of Tulamben and in the North-East of Bali. The Kubu Reefs are easily accessible from the rocky lava shore or by local boat from Tulamben dive sites, similar toTulamben dive sites. These site are a favorable snorkeling location.
Kubu Dive Site is named after the Kubu village abundant beautiful coral reefs combined with swirling fishes is the attraction here. No wonder it gains the popularity in quite relatively short time. Diver’s impression is that Kubu Dive site is really great! Especially the colorful coral reefs and fishes swim around them. The highlight of this site is pygmy seahorse (Hippocampus bargibanti), various of nudibranch such as Phyllidia varicosa and Reticulidia halgerda.
Tulamben is Bali's most famous diving location. Located on the North East coast of Bali, Tulamben receives very plankton-rich waters from the major oceanic currents in the area. These plankton-rich waters have created one of the most diverse regions on the planet. That is why, every year, a multitude of international photographers and videographers visit the area to dive their favorite dive sites and to explore for some new ones.
This site has taken over from Secret Bay as the best macro site in Bali. It's also more conveniently located than Secret Bay and can be dived as a day trip from the resorts in South Bali (Sanur, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Ubud).
The dive sites are easy and relaxing. You can dive offer a short " jukung" ride or just off the beach. The underwater life is so dense and the gentle current offers agreat number of nutritients to its crowds of fish and soft and hard coral. It is ideal for underwater naturalist and underwater
photographers. Great for all level of divers
Tepekong is a very small island (only about 3000 m2) with 2 or 3 diving sites. Sometimes when the current is right, you can explore the whole underwater sites in just 2-3 dives of Tepekong. The west sideof Tepekong offers a slight drop off and some underwater reef structure that is very rich in underwater life. Sharks are quite common at Tepekong. The current is unpredictable and at some point changing directions which may include strong undertow and surge. Some divers call this site "the Toilet Bowl " Sunfish / Mola Mola are also regular visitors. Water is generally crystal clear with visibility of more than 20m. Tepekong area is among the best, yet the most challenging. We usually take more precautions when bringing inexperienced divers diving in Tepekong
Padang Bai hideaway village and its white sandy beaches are reached by road only 45 mins from Sanur. Dive Centre & Dive Resort of Absolute Scuba Bali is located on the northern beach front of Padang Bai harbour.
A short boat ride will then take you to Padang Bai dive sites. Bright white sand and colorful corals are home to everything from the smallest reef fish to all manner of marine life; rays, cuttlefish, crocodile fish and frequent sharks & turtle sightings.
Nusa Lembongan, a small island between Bali and Nusa Penida in the Badung Strait, is the perfect location for a dive trip like no other. With seasonal migrations of the Mola Mola and all year round sightings of Manta rays, this is an exceptional location to see prolific marine life.
Nusa Lembongan is located on the Wallace line. The ocean currents that funnel their way between these islands are rich in macrobiotic life that support abundant coral and fish life in shallow waters surrounding these islands.
